Biography
Some say David Nzuruba was born in Nigeria, others say he was crafted by angels, one thing is for sure,he's a damn good defender.
Although Somerville College's goal difference suggests otherwise, David is regarded as the rock of the Somerville defence, never missing a tackle and definatley never missing a header, the man was born to defend.
Not many know this, but David actually started for England in the 1966 World Cup, but had to retire due to injury.
He narrowely missed out on a place in the Blues squad this year owing to his horrendous temper, being notorious for actually punching referees and earning himself the nickname 'the mauler'.
