Calling all footballers at Oxford University
If you are a member of an Oxford college, please register for an ouafc.com account. Once you have registered you will be able to log into your own college's section of the site and add news and match reports, post messages in your own college's forum, edit other players' biographies, enter quizzes and vote in polls. You can view detailed statistics on all football matches played at Oxford University: the more people register, the more comprehensive the data will be so please help us out by contributing. Even if you don't play football, you are welcome to register.
OUWAFC Development Days
8th June 2009 08:59 | by Laura MarjasonOUWAFC are hosting their annual Development Days this weekend. All female footballers from the university are invited to come down to Iffley Sports Centre for a chance to improve their skills and learn more about the game. The days will include coaching sessions from university coaches and players, as well as matches at the end of the day. There may even be a chance to get scouted for the uni sides. The day really is open to everybody: from complete beginners to internationals!

10.30am-3pm each day
Iffley Sports Centre
You'll need to bring boots, Astros/trainers, shinpads, lunch and plenty to drink.

ICT Final Tonight at the Kassam
19th May 2009 12:28 | by Sean SmithTonight - Tuesday 19th May - is the ICT final at the Kassam Stadium between England C and Belgium. It's only £1 to get in and easy to get to via the buses! The Number 5 takes you to Pegasus Road and it is only 5 minutes walk from there.

Corpus/Linacre complete MCR double
9th May 2009 14:54 | by Tom BrownCorpus/Linacre beat St Antony's 5-4 in a thrilling end of season encounter to win the MCR First Division, and complete their second league-and-cup double in three seasons.
St Antony's went into the game knowing that only a win would allow them to pip Corpus/Linacre to the the league title, and started brightly, with a ferocious shot from their midfielder, which Corpus/Linacre keeper Ross Bickerton was grateful to tip over the bar. Minutes later, the St Antony's striker was felled in the box by Stuart Hunter and the referee had no option but to award St Antony's a penalty, with Hunter lucky to escape without a caution. However, the otherwise excellent St Antony's number 9 blasted the ball straight down the middle of the goal, allowing Bickerton to make another good save wit... (more)
